Evaporative cooling has a lot of advantages and a wide range of applications. The biggest advantages of Port-A-Cool evaporative coolers are the efficiency in big, open areas, the low cost of using (low energy consumption and low maintenance costs) and the units are installation-free. Due to the portability of the evaporative cooler, it can be placed where cooling is most wanted and needed (in factories for example not the whole factory needs to be cooled but just work places), costs are saved there less units will be needed and no installation costs are made to install Port-A-Cool evaporative aircoolers. 

In general Port-A-Cool evaporative coolers are used where an air conditioning is impractical or expensive. With evaporative coolers only a 10% of energy consumption is requested and evaporative coolers are used in well-ventilated places where air conditioning units are ineffective. 

We offer our evaporative coolers to a wide range of customers and in many different markets. PortACool booth AHR Expo Dallas 2013

The 65th AHR Expo, held January 28-30 in Dallas, Texas, has established four new all-time records for Southwest shows. More than 51,000 attendees (33,891 visitors) filled the aisles of the Dallas Convention Center to see all the latest products and technologies on display from 1,951 exhibiting companies covering 397,000 square feet. The previous Southwest records were set by the 2007 AHR Expo that was also held in Dallas.

Port-A-Cool, world market leader in portable evaporative cooling, as always present, demonstrating all modern innovative adiabatic coolers of the KuulAire and Port-A-Cool Range. The "home-match" for the Center Texas-based manufacturer was a huge success, resulting in a large amount of interested (inter)national distributors and posible clients.

The new innovative Port-A-Cool Hurricane 3600. was the eye-catcher of the Port-A-Cool booth.

This Port-A-Cool® Hurricane 3600 unit combines the company’s proven variable-speed motor and dual water fill with a new low-water shutoff, digital timer and temperature sensor. The all-new housing design offers increased 240-liter water capacity and 25.000 CFM of cooled air delivery, the most of any 36-inch evaporative cooler offered.

The digital control panel features touch sensitive buttons for easy operation. The status indicators let the operator know when water levels are low, and when the pump and fan are in operation. Additional features on the digital panel are the unit temperature display, fan speed, and timer program.

 The Port-A-Cool Hurricane 3600 is energy efficient. It requires only 11.4 amps for pump and motor operation, making operation costs a fraction of that of traditional air conditioning.  As with all Port-A-Cool portable evaporative cooling units, the Port-A-CoolHurricane 3600 is also environmentally friendly. Port-A-Cool portable evaporative cooling units require no chemicals or refrigerants to produce cool air output.

In addition to the high tech features, efficient and environmentally friendly operation, the Port-A-Cool Hurricane3600 sports a new exterior design as well. All Port-A-Cool unit housings are durable one-piece molded polyethylene design, rust-free and leak-proof, and can be produced in your team or company's color through special order.
