Portable evaporative marquee cooling

Port-A-Cool evaporative coolers use water and single-phase electric supplies and can be used where airconditioning is cost-prohibitive or impractical to use, such as in factories, warehouses and stables. One of the main features of the Port-A-Cool coolers is that they are all of a one-piece plastic mould, with a plastic casing and plastic fan blades, ensuring the units are completely rustproof. Also, the pads used on these products have a very long life cycle, from two to five years.

The product does not use any gas or compressor for the cooling, so there are no gases released into the ozone-layer, making these coolers eco-friendly. Water is the cooling media and the amount used depends on the size of the unit. Port-A-Cool has machines that are able to cool between 75 sqm up to 350 sqm, with operation costs being 10% of a traditional airconditioning.

The cooling units are meant to be used in ventilated or open areas and not in closed areas, since they then generate humidity. This makes the Port-A-Cool evaporative cooler very popular in industries, hangars and warehouses. The Port-A-Cool evaporative coolers work based on evaporation of water, consume very little energy and cool areas between 50 and 325 m^2.

Many factories, garages and industrial warehouses face heat problems. The high temperatures in combination of hot roofs and open doors cause sometimes heat stress under the employees.
