JS1600 portable evaporative event coolers

Port-A-Cool evaporative coolers use water and single-phase electric supplies and can be used where air conditioning is cost-prohibitive or impractical to use, such as in factories, warehouses and stables. One of the main features of the Port-A-Cool coolers is that they are all of a one-piece plastic mould, with a plastic casing and plastic fan blades, ensuring the units are completely rustproof. Also, the pads used on these products have a very long life cycle, from two to five years.

The product does not use any gas or compressor for the cooling, so there are no gases released into the ozone-layer, making these coolers eco-friendly. Water is the cooling media and the amount used depends on the size of the unit. Port-A-Cool has machines that are able to cool between 75 sqm up to 350 sqm, with operation costs being 10% of a traditional air conditioning.

The cooling units are meant to be used in ventilated or open areas and not in closed areas, since they then generate humidity. This makes the Port-A-Cool machine very popular in marquee and event cooling, industries, hangars and warehouses. Also in countries where the relative humidity is higher the Port-A-Cool is able to reduce 6 degrees C from the ambient temperature.

Many factories, garages and industrial warehouses face heat problems. The high temperatures in combination of hot roofs and open doors cause sometimes heat stress under the employees.
